The Team

SPOT Business Systems has a wealth of experience working with Dry Cleaning and Laundry businesses across the UK. The team is headed up by Tabish Aiman who understands the business processes as well as the commercial benefits of SPOT and how new and existing Clients can get the most from what SPOT has to offer.

The Team

Tabish Aiman

Tabish’s family has been in the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Industry since 1973. His core competencies include understanding business processes, seeing commercial applications of the technical features in SPOT and guiding new and existing Clients on how to get the most from what SPOT has to offer.

When not running SPOT and his other company, TexID Limited, Tabish enjoys, Woodworking and Sea Fishing.

Chris Vick

Chris is the most seasoned Technician when it comes to the advanced features that Spot offers. With over 20 years’ experience, he is a wealth of knowledge and specifically implements Metal Progetti integrations, liaises with the API team, co-ordinates website & app installs as well as tier 2 support.

In his downtime, Chris enjoys football, and hiking.

Oliver Storey – Head of Implementations

Joining SPOT early in his career, Oliver guides new Clients with the onboarding process, looks at implementing client ideas, in a way well managed by SPOT, and provide general support. Oliver enjoys skiing and golf.

Mo Hamid – Head of Technical Support

With a keen interest in IT, Mo graduated with a University degree in the subject and worked in the industry for a few years before joining SPOT. A fluent Arabic Speaker, Mo also looks after the Middle East Market as well as providing general support. A dedicated family man, Mo enjoys family time and travel, when not helping SPOT Clients get the best out of their system.

Every Enterprise Resource Planning Software needs support to get the most out of it. SPOT is no exception.

As part of the monthly hosting fee, SPOT customers receive:

  • Unlimited Technical Phone support to the UK Call Centre
  • Lines open between 8am and 6pm UK Time (9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday)
  • Training on how to use various features
  • Trouble shooting Credit Card Terminals and Printers

How to use Teamviewer

Step 1

Run the file after it has downloaded and select the option for basic installation and also select the option for personal use.

Step 2

After this has been done you will find the TeamViewer program on your computer and it will give you an ID and a password. You will need to give these numbers for the support technician to log in.

  • 6 USB Ports & 1 Serial Ports

  • Epson kickout / MS Cash Drawer (EP125NK-M-P)

If you do buy hardware elsewhere support will do best to assist you with installing but we can not assist if there are any hardware issues and you will need to seek support from the supplier.

We will also not be able to assist with installing printers which are unsuitable but we can often link with SPOT once they are installed, there may also be a charge for labour if the installation takes over 1 hour.
